A large "souk" themed commercial development will be featured in the central island of the lagoon,providing needed commercial and restaurant activites for the residents and hotel guests.

However they will also help develop a market for vacation homes, vacation rentals and timeshares, similar to property development in Spain and Portugal. A majortiy of lots will have views of the golf course and /or the marina and therefore should be vary attractive on the market.
